Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Purchases totalling over HKD$600 are eligible for free shipping within Hong Kong. Shipping charges for all other orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We can ship to Macao, Mainland China, and Taiwan, and selected goods can be shipped to Korea and Philippines. 
There is no free shipping for regions outside of Hong Kong, please email us at enquiries@thameshudson.asia for shipping quotation.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

 

Cancellation or Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained, but we are willing to help on you on exchange.

All goods sold are non-returnable except for defective goods or wrong goods.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. Goods that are sold shrinkwrapped are returned with the shrinkwrap intact or non-shrinkwrapped goods are returned in re-saleable condition.

 

Goods Damaged in Transit, Defective Goods

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If the goods you have ordered are damaged in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

If you find that the goods are defective, please email us at enquiries@thameshudson.asia within 10 business days providing as much detail as possible.  We will endeavour to process your query within 4 working days and contact you via email about its status.
